Introduction to Social Media for Motorcycle Dealers

This virtual course is designed to increase knowledge and understanding of social media for motorcycle dealers. Creating a structured approach to developing a social media plan, creating posts and campaigns, measuring performance and increasing engagement. Designed for all levels of experience this course will enable your team to maximise their social media presence and effectiveness.

Conflict Resolution and Complaint Handling

This virtual course is designed to develop confidence in identifying, engaging with and managing customer issues, conflicts and complaints that occur throughout the sales process and the customer ownership cycle. Improving confidence through a structured approach designed to reduce customer issues and provide a more enjoyable customer experience leading to increased customer retention and profitability.

Effective Customer Relationship Management

This virtual course is designed to enable learners to develop a proactive and effective approach to Customer Relationship Management (CRM), increasing sales opportunities, finance renewals, repeat customers and an increase in associated sales through effective customer handling leading to consistent sales performance and customer engagement.

PRICING

Each course comprises 4 VCTs with additional support materials and unlimited 1-2-1 virtual coaching for the inclusive price of £275 plus VAT.  We also offer a 12-month fully inclusive Dealership Access Pass which includes unlimited learners for all current and future short courses for £1995 plus VAT.  Courses currently in development include Selling and the Law, Self-Development and Selling Technology.

VIRTUAL COURSE STRUCTURE

These virtual courses will enable the Honda Motorcycle Dealer Network to further enhance ‘Real World’ skills and behaviours within their team. The courses offer remote access that reduces any time out of the business while providing an accelerated learning experience. Knowledge, skills, and behaviours are directly embedded into the dealership through work-based assignments, knowledge checks, and individual 1-2-1 virtual coaching.

OUR SPECIALISED EXPERIENCE

Alan is an experienced automotive trainer as well as a keen motorcyclist and often covers in exceess of 25,000 miles per year on a motorcycle.

Alan has worked with Honda Motorcycles since 2006 across a number of programmes including PFSs, sales and aftersales.

Currently Alan rides an NT1100 DCT and a CRF300 Rally.
