Virtual Training (Instructor-led Online Training)

Utilising a dedicated learning platform (not just a Teams call and PowerPoint) we take our learners through a structured learning path that provides flexibility, low cost and high levels of behavioural change, leading to improved performance in the business.

Consultancy

In-business consultancy provides our clients with a focused way of understanding and highlighting opportunities for change and development within their business. Using a structured approach we define current business practices and through GAP analysis, identify key steps to make improvements.

Training Design

We specialise in bespoke training design following a prescribed process.

From client brief to developing learning outcomes, detailed running order, presentation materials, manuals, quizzes and testing. We provide all the materials required for effective training delivery and measurement of return on investment.

Coaching

We provide both virtual or physical coaching for individuals or businesses. Using a proven approach to identifying areas for development and mapping out the key steps to achieving personal and business growth, linked to performance measures ensuring a demonstrable return on investment.
